Urban youth in Accra, Ghana are at risk of poor health outcomes due to limited access to digital health education resources. A mixed-methods approach including surveys, interviews, and observational studies was employed to assess programme effectiveness among a sample of Accra schools. The evaluation revealed that students who participated in the digital health education programmes demonstrated an increase in health literacy by 20% compared to those not involved. School-based digital health education significantly improves urban youth's understanding and application of health knowledge, warranting policy support for expansion. Local governments should mandate digital health education as part of the curriculum in all public schools to enhance students' health outcomes.
