This paper introduces a triadic operational framework for diagnosing and developing human readiness: Ruwet (systemic dissonance), OTW Genah (actively preparing readiness toward synchrony), and Genah (full 360‐degree coherence). Rooted simultaneously in Javanese lived experience, Taoist philosophy (Xiu Xin Yang Xing — 修心养性), and contemporary neuroscience, the framework argues that human ineffectiveness is not primarily a problem of intelligence, information, or intention — but of synchrony across all seven layers of self-language, from verbal expression down to cellular and epigenetic communication. The paper provides operational definitions for all three states, maps their manifestations across seven layers of human self-language, and demonstrates their correlation with the Walking Books Philosophy, the Gmail Ladder framework, and the Neng (能) concept from Tao Zhu Gong’s Twelve Business Principles. These terms — Ruwet, OTW Genah, and Genah — are hereby established as technical terminology within the CHO Sovereign CF academic framework.
