By establishing the mathematical dominance of 1-dimensional (1D) geodesic light-path propagation over 3-dimensional (3D) volumetric expansion, the framework proves that the Hubble tension is an artifact of geometric projection, corrected by a linear scaling factor of 35/32 (1.09375).
