The derived-quadruple program has crossed an architectural threshold. Within the explicit local closure class T1–T5—local, dissipative, first-order, non-chiral post-onset transport—the representation theorem J=−TD, the canonical splitting T= σ(I−B), the emergence of holding capacity h from viability, the no-fifth-sector result, categorical non-factorizability, and the uniqueness of the intervention-separating minimal grammar are already proven. The central remaining question is no longer internal derivation but empirical scope: how broad is the closure class itself? This paper documents the transition that follows from that fact. The first contribution is evidentiary. The note no longer treats the discovery phase as a restart. Instead it restores already-validated and already-activated layers to their proper role. Non-Equilibrium Economics and the Hold-Capacity line are treated as the strongest current measured external anchor of the temporal sector h, with a validated crisis-resilience core and a disciplined dynamic/topological extension above it. The finance frontier is strengthened by the first semantic-deterioration and holonomy pilots. The membrane/alignment layer, GPTMem, and the metabolic-cycle line are incorporated as causal-adjacent and dynamic enrichments rather than as detached side programs. The second contribution is architectural. The witness atlas is expanded and stratified into validated or causal-adjacent anchors, strong partial witnesses, prospective protocols, and boundary or falsifier families. Open-weight LLMs remain the first hard causal anchor because intervention leverage is highest; finance remains the strongest measured external pillar; developmental morphogenesis, bioelectricity, immune trafficking, ATP-independent chaperones, connectome topology, and membrane graphs furnish increasingly rich witness families. Active chiral matter, open quantum systems with memory, and historical finance transport failures are retained explicitly as scope-mapping and falsifier domains. The third contribution is conceptual. The quadruple is clarified not as an already-proven law of all meaning-bearing systems, but as the strongest current candidate for a minimal local grammar of productive gradient processing. Proto-∇is restored as the pre-onset basement beneath this local grammar; the inner architecture of his extended from viability radius to gated persistence, heartbeat, and dignified-error dynamics without introducing new primitive sectors. The practical implication is a disciplined shift from continued abstraction to semantic transport engineering: witness mapping, causal anchoring, topological witness reconstruction, boundary testing, predictive lift, and only then any strong ubiquity claim.
