Triboelectric Nanogenerators In the Research Article (e10022), Foad Ghasemi, Claudia Backes, and co-workers fabricated triboelectric nanogenerators which consist of an interdigitated electrode area of a solution-processed graphene-carbon nanotube networks and transition metal dichalcogenide nanosheets on top both deposited through interfacial deposition. The devices produce current and voltage from water droplets in contact with the surface. Process parameters were systematically varied to derive structure-property-function relationships.
Ghasemi et al. (Sun,) studied this question.
