This work presents the Aurethion Framework as a structural and symbolic model for analysing institutional systems. The framework is developed through four analytical layers: sequential indexing, role-based abstraction, structural mapping, and latent condition analysis. These components provide a structured method for interpreting system behaviour through relational and positional dynamics. A qualitative case application within a public school context is included to demonstrate how institutional outcomes emerge from interactions between roles, policy constraints, and underlying structural conditions. This record forms part of the broader Aurethion research programme, which progresses from foundational symbolic doctrine and structural modelling to applied institutional analysis. The work contributes to systems theory, semiotics, and structural analysis by offering a unified analytical model for examining complex institutional processes.
