We present a complete, self-contained framework in which space- time is an emergent phenomenon arising from a globally relaxing net- work of microscopic wormholes. Beginning from the single postulate of exponential connectivity decay and proceeding step-by-step through every algebraic and physical derivation, we obtain the thermodynamic arrow of time, dynamical vacuum energy suppression, and late-time cosmic acceleration. The full chain — postulate, differential solution, entropy, vacuum scaling, Friedmann insertion, observational predic- tions, and consistency checks — is displayed explicitly with no omitted steps. The model unifies ER=EPR, emergent geometry, and cosmology in a falsifiable manner ready for scrutiny.
