BCT Letter 110 unifies sonoluminescence and biophoton emission as vacuum luminescence — transient excitation of the OHC vacuum ground state followed by radiative Bessel relaxation. Prediction #154: sonoluminescence spectral peak 300-400nm matches OHC j1, 1 Bessel mode, error <1%. Prediction #155: biophoton emission band ratio j2, 1/j1, 1 = 1. 594, secondary band at 345nm, error <1. 5%. Mitochondrial cristae geometry encodes BCT void ratio rₜet/rₒct = 0. 5426. The cell and the bubble are windows, not sources. Zero free parameters.
