A proposal for a prototype design of an information management system developed at a state university is presented. This system meets the current requirements for the study. The system provides solutions for control, management, and informed decision-making. Analyses were incorporated based on user experience and symptoms, yielding favorable results. Although the project focuses on design, it establishes a robust model for technological implementations in universities, achieving high levels of accuracy and efficiency at a low cost. Information is collected from the institutional information system, and based on this information, vital signs, user registration, and personal data are integrated with user consent.
