This paper introduces the concept of introspective technoference, defined as the disruption of internally generated cognitive processes such as reflection, internal dialogue, and sustained thought, due to continuous digital stimulation. Building on existing research on technoference and digital distraction, this work extends the framework from interpersonal disruption to intra-cognitive processes. It proposes a theoretical model linking digital exposure to attentional fragmentation, cognitive continuity breakdown, and intra-cognitive desynchronization. This publication aims to establish a conceptual foundation for future empirical research on the cognitive consequences of digitally saturated environments.
