The possibilities of the Toeplitz hashing algorithm for restoring the randomness properties of a sequence passed through a bandpass filter are investigated. Two cases are considered: model noise generated by a pseudorandom number generator in Python and experimental noise generated by a quantum random number generator. Evaluation by NIST tests showed that the Toeplitz hashing algorithm returns the randomness properties of the bandpass filtered model data to its original level. Based on experimental data, the Toeplitz hashing algorithm significantly increases the randomness properties of the source data.
