To evaluate the effectiveness of the Hypotension Prediction Index (HPI) in predicting intraoperative hypotension during liver transplantation.
Conducted a prospective study during liver transplantation procedures.
Monitored hemodynamic parameters in real-time using the HPI.
Assessed the correlation between HPI predictions and actual hypotension events.
HPI demonstrated high reliability in predicting intraoperative hypotension.
Early interventions based on HPI may reduce occurrences of haemodynamic instability during surgery.

The HPI reliably predicts IOH during LT and may support early intervention strategies to mitigate perioperative haemodynamic instability.
