Fourteen years have passed since the Great East Japan Earthquake and the subsequent complex disasters, and revitalizing industries in the disaster-affected areas of Fukushima has become a priority. Efforts to ensure food safety and reliability have led to the 10th anniversary of grape cultivation and winery operations, with some of the 12 wineries achieving the honor of winning awards for their wines. This article introduces the challenges faced in grape cultivation and winery management, as well as the mechanisms for collaboration and cooperation established to address these challenges. It also explores the challenges and strategies for achieving high value-added products through human resource development and technological advancement.
