Aim: Mothers raising infants play a crucial role as primary stakeholders and decision-makers in disaster preparedness. However, there is insufficient education about household disaster preparedness targeting such mothers. Proper preparedness by mothers for emergencies significantly impacts the health and survival of the mother and infant. Enhancing stakeholders’ disaster response capabilities may effectively increase resilience at the household and community levels. This study enables mothers raising infants to operationalize their disaster preparedness through educational interventions.
