Lean Manufacturing (LM) is widely recognized for minimizing the seven wastes inherent in manufacturing processes. However, accessible and effective training tools for lean practitioners remain limited. To address this gap, this study developed the Lean Manufacturing Tool Training System (LMTTS), a mobile application created using Kodular software, designed to facilitate the learning and application of LM techniques. The LMTTS integrates four core lean tools—SMED, 5S, OEE, and Kanban—within a user-friendly interface. Upon launch, users navigate from a welcome page to select among Notes, Quizzes, or Simulators. The Notes feature provides a scrollable interface for theoretical content; the Quizzes module offers interactive assessments with immediate feedback; and the Simulators include an OEE calculator, 5S rating system, Kanban planner, and SMED calculator, each enabling practical exploration of lean concepts. A usability study conducted in line with ISO/IEC 25010:2011 standards showed that 90.9% of participants rated the application's aesthetics, operability, and learnability above standard, indicating high user satisfaction. Only a small fraction (9.1%) reported these aspects below standard, suggesting minor areas for refinement. These results confirm that the LMTTS is an effective, engaging, and accessible tool for enhancing lean manufacturing knowledge. Future work will aim to broaden its reach by incorporating multilingual support and additional LM tools.
