This document presents a formal register of named paradoxes explicitly addressed by the Triaxial Existential Field (TEF) framework, as published in Time Matter Consciousness (PeaceTomorrow Press, 2026) and fifteen foundational papers deposited on Zenodo. The register applies strict counting rules: a paradox is included only if it is explicitly named, appears in the fixed corpus, receives an identifiable treatment, and is counted once under its canonical name. Treatments are classified into four categories: Dissolution (the paradox vanishes after correcting a structural error), Reframing (the original formulation is replaced by a corrected question), Structural Interpretation (the paradox is unified under a deeper explanatory lens), and Diagnosis (the paradox is identified as an ineliminable structural condition). The current count stands at 82 named paradoxes spanning multiple disciplines: ontology, mathematics, logic, quantum physics, gravity, time, consciousness, chemistry, thermodynamics, cosmology, biology, and social theory (economics, politics, law, history, culture, and ethics). This document also includes a formal proposal for Guinness World Records consideration under the category "Largest number of named paradoxes explicitly addressed in a single published theoretical framework." The proposal specifies inclusion and exclusion rules, defines the single measured variable, and lists the evidence to be supplied. The record is designed to be measurable, standardisable, verifiable, and breakable.
