Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has transformed modern education by enhancing teaching, learning, and administrative processes. The integration of ICT provides opportunities for interactive learning, access to global knowledge, and flexible educational delivery. However, the implementation of ICT in education faces several challenges including digital divide, lack of infrastructure, insufficient teacher training, and issues related to cyber safety and accessibility. This study examines the role of ICT in education, identifies major issues and concerns associated with its implementation, and suggests policy measures to enhance its effectiveness. The findings highlight that successful ICT integration requires supportive policies, adequate infrastructure, teacher training, and inclusive digital practices.
