Traumatic dental injuries are prevalent and may have long-lasting implications for affected individuals, with the management of severely traumatized teeth often being challenging.. This case series explores the long-term retention outcomes of severely traumatized teeth, considering whether to retain or replace the impacted teeth. Treatment strategies emphasize on preserving tooth structure and function while delaying or preventing tooth loss. Retaining traumatized teeth, even those with poor prognosis, can preserve alveolar bone and soft tissue, reducing future treatment complexity. The assessment of prognostic factors and prosthetic replacement options is essential to comprehensive trauma management strategies for improved patient quality of life. CPD/Clinical Relevance: There is benefit in retaining traumatized teeth to support bone and optimize future treatment options.
