This paper fixes spacetime as a structural configuration established by reading and ordering. Spacetime is not assumed as given, nor introduced through motion, propagation, or causality. It is fixed only where ordering is established. Where ordering is not established, spacetime is not established. Reading is defined as fixation of delimitation. Ordering is defined as the condition under which configurations are fixed. No subject or interpretation is introduced. Simultaneity is not defined as temporal coincidence and is not uniquely fixed. It holds only within ordering and does not extend across orderings. An upper bound, denoted as c, is fixed as the limit of ordering retention. This bound does not represent speed or propagation, but the condition under which ordering remains established. Collapse is fixed as non-establishment of ordering. Boundary is fixed as the non-definition of re-establishment. This paper establishes spacetime as a non-modal structural condition
