The formation of students' personalities is closely linked to character development efforts by elementary school teachers.Implementing effective development strategies plays a crucial role in fostering desired character traits in students.This study conducts a systematic literature review (SLR) using the PRISMA protocol to identify and analyze strategies used by elementary school teachers to promote character development.A total of 29 eligible articles, published between 2015 and 2025, were selected from reputable databases including Web of Science, Scopus, and EBSCO.The review reveals four main strategies commonly used in schools: integration into the learning process, reinforcement through school culture, engagement in extracurricular activities, and involvement with the community.These strategies provide actionable insights and recommendations for elementary school teachers seeking to cultivate students' positive character traits effectively.
