ABSTRACT Geographic retinal dysplasia is inherited in the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. This detailed multimodal imaging description of an affected dog demonstrates that the presumed dysplastic retina area consists of a thickened retinal nerve fiber layer, similar to plaque‐like lesions previously reported in other breeds, such as the Labrador Retriever.
