Abstract

近年，出血発症脳動静脈奇形（arteriovenous malformation：AVM）に対する塞栓術の機会が増えている．しかし，eloquent areaに存在する AVMに対する塞栓術は，手術リスクを考慮し，慎重な判断が必要となる．錐体路近傍に局在する出血発症のAVMに対して，当施設で実施している完全静脈麻酔下superselective provocation testの手技的工夫について提示する．
