This paper extends the neurodegenerative routing architecture (HLRP #141) into thermal dynamics. We establish that signal jams in the relay architecture produce heat as a thermodynamic byproduct, creating a feedback cascade that drives both pathological scarring and evolutionary selection pressures across biological timescales.
