The present work is devoted to the development of a new theory of information, which considers information as a multidimensional process formed as a result of the interaction between the physical field of the environment, its perturbations, and the subjective perception of the observer. Unlike classical approaches, such as Shannon's theory, which focuses on the quantitative aspects of data transmission, the proposed model integrates objective physical characteristics and psycho-cognitive factors. This allows for the consideration of not only the quantitative but also the qualitative properties of information, including its contextual and semantic significance. The theory establishes interdisciplinary connections with philosophy, cybernetics, chemistry, and psychology, offering a universal toolkit for the analysis of informational processes. The practical value of the work lies in its applicability to such fields as computer science, artificial intelligence, Big Data analysis, and psychology, where the theory can contribute to the improvement of algorithms, the modeling of human perception, and the contextual analysis of data.
