The article examines the growing role of digital labor platforms as a key tool for organizations that actively work with temporary and freelance staff. The study presents an analysis of digital platforms available on the Russian market. A list of factors is formulated and presented for comparing the most popular platforms. Based on a comparison of leading services, including Jam Work, Yandex Pro, Naimix and others, practical recommendations on the selection and testing of solutions based on the goals of the organization are formulated. The article also suggests an algorithm of actions for companies interested in implementing digital labor platforms, including conducting a pilot project. In conclusion, the optimal strategy for using a combination of platforms is justified in order to achieve a balance between the speed of selecting the right employees and the security of the company from the legal side.
