This paper establishes an exact bridge between Taylor-tail orbits and derivative-order ladders. It defines a cocycle that advances tail orbits and shows that ladder windows and tail jets recover the same packet polynomial. The work develops exact jet transport, derives projective packet dynamics, and introduces two-axis spectral fingerprints to describe the shared structure of Taylor-tail orbits and derivative ladders.
