This is the ninth paper in the Time Field Theory series, presenting a rigorous derivation of velocity-dependent gravity from the universal invariant speed relation c² = vₜ² + vₛ². The work provides a parameter-free unified fit to all high-precision gravitational experiments, including Pound-Rebka, Gravity Probe A, Hafele-Keating, and modern optical lattice clocks, with zero theoretical residuals. A definitive cold-atom interferometer experiment is proposed to distinguish Time Field Theory from general relativity.
