This study employed network pharmacology, molecular docking, and molecular dynamics simulations to investigate the mechanism of modified Shentong Zhuyu Decoction in alleviating cartilaginous endplate degeneration. Active components and corresponding targets were screened, followed by analysis of core targets and signaling pathways, and validation of key binding interactions. Results indicate that the decoction exerts therapeutic effects through multi-component, multi-target, and multi-pathway regulation, primarily involved in inhibiting inflammation and other biological processes. This study provides a theoretical basis for its clinical application in treating cartilaginous endplate degeneration.
