What This Document IsThis is a closure document for Stage 1 of the GTRS programme. It draws a line under five monthsof intensive cross-domain synthesis, states cleanly what has been produced, identifies what isload-bearing and what is exploratory, and leaves a usable trail for any researcher who wants topick up the threads. It is not a summary of the framework; the framework is already documentedacross 185+ timestamped works on Zenodo. It is a map of where those works sit and how to usethem. The document is honest about scope. GTRS as developed in Stage 1 is a vocabulary and a set oforganising relations that appear to capture structural similarities across buffered-regulationsystems. Its value will be determined by whether its predictions hold in three or four namedsystems over the next five years, not by the elegance of its cross-domain mapping. Furtherdevelopment from this point requires empirical validation that independent theoretical synthesiscannot produce.
