Abstract

Remote-Controllable Immune-Priming Spot Formation In their Research Article (DOI: 10.1002/adma.202518245), Sung Hoon Kim, Wonseok Choi, Sungmin Han, Young-Min Kim, and co-workers present “Immunoasis,” a spatiotemporally controllable hydrogel platform. By combining local immunoadjuvant delivery with ultrasound-triggered histotripsy, it generates antigen/adjuvant-rich nanocomplexes in situ, reprogramming immune-deserted tumors into immunoresponsive niches and enabling personalized cancer immunotherapy.
