The study aimed to identify the level of organizational health and its relationship with job engagement from the perspective of public-school principals in Al-Kharj City. The descriptive approach with a correlational method was employed, using a questionnaire as the study instrument, which was distributed to all 170 public school principals in Al-Kharj City. The study’s main findings indicated a high level of organizational health and job engagement among public school principals in Al-Kharj City. It highlighted the significance of organizational health dimensions, such as morale, social relationships, and work initiative, in promoting organizational health. The study also pointed to a direct relationship between organizational health and job engagement, as higher levels of organizational health led to increased engagement among principals in their roles. Moreover, higher educational attainment and more years of experience contribute to enhancing both organizational health and job engagement.
