This report is required to inform revised plans for the conversion of Grade II* listed Fieldways Hotel and Health Club into 9 dwellings. The core historic property will be retained as a single dwelling with private entrance and grounds. The stable Block and 1990s extension will be divided into a further 8 units incorporating private courtyards and communal outdoor space. It is recommended that all heritage assets within the redline boundary be subject to a programme of historic building recording prior to the commencement of any works on site.
