The exigency for methodological rigor in nursing research has intensified amidst increasingly complex healthcare milieus, necessitating robust strategies to ensure epistemological soundness. Among these, triangulation emerges as a pivotal approach in augmenting the validity and reliability of empirical findings, thereby fortifying evidence-based practice. This study elucidates the role of triangulation in enhancing research trustworthiness within multifaceted clinical contexts. Employing a qualitative literature review design, the study systematically synthesized extant knowledge derived from authoritative books, peer-reviewed journal articles, and credible academic websites. A purposive selection of scholarly sources was undertaken to ensure relevance, credibility, and recency of information pertaining to triangulation in nursing research. Data were gathered through comprehensive document analysis, wherein key concepts, methodological applications, and empirical insights were extracted. The collected materials were analyzed using content and thematic analysis, enabling the identification of recurring patterns, conceptual frameworks, and scholarly consensus. To enhance rigor, multiple sources were compared and cross-examined, ensuring analytical triangulation and minimizing interpretive bias. Findings revealed a pronounced convergence of scholarly perspectives, substantiating the efficacy of triangulation in strengthening research credibility, consistency, and depth of interpretation. The synthesis illuminated how the integration of multiple data sources, methods, and theoretical lenses mitigates methodological bias while uncovering nuanced dimensions of clinical phenomena. Furthermore, the review highlighted the capacity of triangulation to reconcile discrepancies across studies, thereby enriching the interpretive robustness of nursing research. The study underscores triangulation as an indispensable methodological instrument that amplifies the robustness and defensibility of nursing research outcomes.
