This study presents a healthcare data analytics framework for evaluating and grading providers using a multi-parameter scoring model. Data was collected from hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers, including service tariffs, pricing structures, and discounts. The dataset was cleaned, standardized, and analyzed to identify patterns and variations across providers. A Health Scoring Model was developed using 30 parameters categorized into cost efficiency, service coverage, accessibility, quality, patient experience, and network factors. Normalization and weighted scoring techniques were applied to compute final provider scores and rankings. An Excel-based dashboard was developed to visualize pricing trends, provider rankings, and comparative insights. The results highlight significant variations in healthcare pricing and demonstrate the effectiveness of data-driven decision systems in improving transparency and provider evaluation.
