• In this retrospective and consecutive observational study, we focus on the quality of life (qol) of patients suffering from pudendal neuralgia (pn). Being rare and often underdiagnosed pn in a lot of cases is either not treated at all or not adequately with patients having long and frustrating pain history. • In our group, both idiopathic and secondary pn patients were included. A special outcome questionnaire was designed and applied to yield deep insight in daily life outcome of patients who underwent surgical decompression.
