This corpus has been developed outside the framework of an institutional academic setting. At its present stage, several of its most decisive points — especially the full computational closure of the spectral sector and the experimental assessment of certain predictive sectors — reasonably go beyond what a single independent researcher can accomplish alone. The framework therefore now calls for theoretical and experimental collaborations if it is to make decisive further progress. In addition, although these works have not yet been validated through publication in a major peer-reviewed journal, their author is actively pursuing that goal and hopes that the present report will facilitate critical reading, wider scientific discussion, and, where possible, the emergence of collaborations.
