Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems are widely used to manage and integrate core business processes such as inventory management, sales operations, procurement, and financial transactions. These systems maintain large volumes of structured and reliable data, enabling centralized control and operational consistency. However, traditional inventory management practices often rely on manual tracking or partially integrated tools, which can lead to inefficiencies such as stock imbalances, delayed updates, and limited visibility across organizational units. This paper presents OptiStock, an ERP-based inventory and warehouse optimization system developed using the Odoo platform. The proposed system integrates key business modules into a unified framework, enabling real-time inventory monitoring, automated replenishment, and coordinated multi-warehouse operations. By leveraging structured ERP workflows, the system reduces manual intervention and improves data accuracy. The results demonstrate that the proposed system improves operational performance, reduces processing delays, and provides a scalable solution for modern enterprise environments.
