Building upon the foundations of Vol. 1 (Forensic Substrates) and Vol. 2 (The Integrated Mechanism), this final volume identifies the 'Sovereign Mechanism' of image formation on the Shroud of Turin. We solve the 'Energy Paradox' by synthesizing forensic hyperbilirubinemia, Mitochondrial Electrostatic Discharge (MED), and Phase-Conjugate VUV physics. By applying the Beer-Lambert Law of Atmospheric Attenuation, we propose the image is a physical receipt of a high-intensity, coherent 193nm VUV discharge—a 'Mitochondrial Singularity'—where a systemic energy surplus compensates for moisture-lens absorption to achieve the precise 3D topographical encoding recorded on the bilirubin-primed cellulose substrate.
