Traditional methods of redistributing surplus food rely heavily on manual communication channels, leading to significant logistical delays and food spoilage. While organizations exist to feed the underprivileged, the lack of a centralized, real-time ecosystem prevents efficient handovers from food generators (restaurants, events, households) to non-governmental organizations (NGOs). To overcome these problems, this paper proposes a centralized Food Waste Management and Donation System. The system utilizes a robust web architecture (PHP and MySQL) to securely connect donors and receivers. Furthermore, it implements an interactive visual tracking timeline mapped to the donation lifecycle (Posted, Claimed, Collected). The proposed solution eliminates manual tracking errors and features a modern, Glassmorphic Graphical User Interface (GUI) with a high-contrast dark theme to enhance user accessibility in fast-paced environments. Experimental analysis demonstrates that the system achieves high user engagement and secure transaction finality, providing an efficient, low-cost alternative to traditional ad-hoc donation methods.
