Objectives: The blood circulation of free transplanted tissues is evaluated by various objective and visual methods. However, none of these methods have become the gold standard because of their uncertainty and complexity. In this study, we developed an ischemia model and demonstrated its usefulness by evaluating the degree of ischemia using various methods to evaluate blood circulation.
