This paper is an independent original academic achievement. The official systematic establishment and confirmation time of the theoretical system is April 5, 2025. On this date, the first formal manuscript was completed, and the core geometric system of 45-degree double cone was established. Supported by three fundamental theoretical foundations including Logical Origin Theory, Cosmic Growth Theory and 45-degree Double Cone System, the theoretical system has been continuously deduced and improved. In the 33rd upgraded theoretical research, three core operating mechanisms were finalized, namely Four-Dimensional Periodic Cycle, Dual-Flow Adaptive Regulation and Adaptive Valve Uncertainty Principle. At present, frontier quantum experiments all over the world keep repairing and supplementing existing mainstream models. Researchers blindly pursue local quantum certainty, and regard artificially controlled quantum stationary states as major scientific breakthroughs. Most experimental researchers lack complete global physical models, fail to insight the essential operating laws of the universe, ignore the inherent order of Four-Dimensional Periodic Cycle, arbitrarily break the dynamic balance of Dual-Flow Adaptive Regulation, and blindly break through the safety defense limit contained in uncertainty principle. Such one-sided local exploration without overall theoretical guidance contains extremely huge and irreversible underlying physical risks.
