Laryngeal cancer occupies a leading place among malignant tumors of the ENT organs, remaining a serious medical and social problem. The main treatment method for locally advanced and recurrent laryngeal tumors is laryngectomy, which leads to loss of voice function and a significant decrease in the quality of life of patients. As a result, restoration of the voice function is an important task of rehabilitation after such surgeries. The article presents a clinical observation of a patient with recurrent laryngeal cancer after combined treatment, who underwent laryngectomy with simultaneous reconstruction using an ileocolic autograft. The rarity of the use of this technique and the satisfactory functional result achieved served as the basis for the publication of this clinical case.
