Purpose: This study was designed to evaluate nursing students’ 21st century skills and their readiness for interprofessional learning (IPL).Methods: Conducted as a descriptive cross-sectional study, the research included nursing students from a nursing faculty in Turkey. The sample consisted of n=257 students. Data were collected between April and June 2025, using the “Personal Information Form”, the “Multidimensional 21st Century Skills Scale” (MCSS), and the “Readiness for Interprofessional Learning Scale” (RIPLS).Results: Students’ mean age was calculated as 20.85±3.07, and 89.1% were female. The mean total score of the MCSS was 157.70±15.76, while the mean total score of the RIPLS was 71.84±6.17. A significant and positive relationship was found between MCSS and RIPLS levels. (p
