Objective: To evaluate the health status of university hospital workers in 2020 and 2021. Methods: This retrospective registry-based study was conducted between January and July 2022. Data were obtained from a standard periodic health examination (PHE) form, which includes sociodemographic characteristics, medical history, examination findings, and laboratory results. Descriptive statistics and McNemar’s test was used in analysis. Statistical significance was accepted as p0.05).Conclusion: Compared with the first year of the pandemic, the frequency of anemia and abnormal chest radiography decreased, whereas high blood glucose levels and abnormal liver function tests increased in the second year. Annual health examinations are key for early disease detection and health promotion. Ensuring continuity of these examinations can inform the development of health policies. More frequent health education and counseling may benefit employees with elevated blood glucose levels identified during examinations.
