The article discusses the features of the unified customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union in modern conditions. The author has established that it is advisable to consider the mechanisms of state regulation as systems for organizing the interaction of subjects and objects, and the place of the proposed mechanism among other existing mechanisms of state regulation has been determined. Within the framework of the study, special attention is paid to the current conditions of the development of customs and tariff regulation, the procedure for sending proposals on measures of customs and tariff regulation by the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union to the Eurasian Economic Commission, as well as the essence and structure of the mechanism of the unified customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union. The author presents promising directions for further research of the proposed mechanism.
