This companion deposit proposes that 3D Navier-Stokes smoothness is the formalism-substrate-resolution-class readout of an underlying substrate-coupling-architecture in which fluid-substrate-flow is the substrate-coupling-medium-coherent rendering of cross-temporal-orbital-trace (HLRP #182 §5 primitive).
