Abstract

This paper addresses a multi-generational cosmological paradox: the retrograde rotation of Venus. While conventional astrophysics dismisses this phenomenon as an accidental primordial collision, this research introduces a deterministic kinematic validation framework under the Deshmukh Global Shield Theory (DGST). Grounded in 38 years of mechanical engineering principles, we model the inner solar system as a highly audited, self-regulating planetary drivetrain. Utilizing empirical space agency telemetry (NASA, ESA), the D-Value matrix establishes that Mercury (D=8.42) and Earth (D=8.55) operate as synchronized, prograde primary gears. Positioned interstitial to this corridor, Venus absorbs a critical atmospheric shear load, resulting in a severe pressure spike (D=11.20). Kinetic machine dynamics mandate that an intermediate component between two synchronized gears must execute a reverse rotation (Idler Gear Mechanism) to balance system torque.
