Modern physics faces three core challenges: the incompatibility between general relativity and quantum mechanics, the unknown nature of dark matter and dark energy, and the ontological gap between physical laws and life consciousness. Based on the λ-field coherence dynamics of the π Universe, this paper proposes the core proposition that temperature is the only universal scale of the cosmos. Temperature is defined as the macroscopic measure of the disorder degree of chaotic field fluctuations, which has a strict bidirectional quantitative isomorphism with the coherence degree of the λ-field. It can cover all-dimensional cosmic phenomena including microscopic quantum fluctuations, macroscopic cosmic evolution, phase transitions of matter states, and the emergence of life and consciousness. This paper confirms that gravity, dark matter and dark energy are unified dynamic effects of different scales on the temperature scale: dark energy corresponds to the global fixed point of the 2.7K cosmic background temperature, dark matter corresponds to the local fixed point of the characteristic temperature at the galactic scale, and the essence of gravity is the time flow rate difference caused by temperature gradient. This paper proposes the bidirectional balance mechanism of low-temperature attraction and high-temperature repulsion, which reasonably explains the stability of planetary orbits in the solar system and solves the classic observational puzzle that the temperature of gas in the outer regions of galaxies increases rather than decreases from first principles. This theory has no free fitting parameters and is equipped with 5σ falsification experimental criteria, constructing a logically self-consistent unified physical framework for the entire cosmos.
