Constitutional framework for the protection of personal data in Russia

This article identifies and discloses the constitutional grounds for the protection of personal data in. According to the author, such grounds appear in the form of certain constitutional rights that, inter alia, personal data. Here we are talking about the right to the inviolability of private life, right to privacy of correspondence, of telephone conversations, postal, telegraph and other messages the right to inviolability of the home. The article reveals the content of these constitutional in terms of protection of personal data.
