Project Excalibur demonstrates that the 12-Node Grid, E8 lattice, and ZIQPU mechanism are the physical realisation of Gödel\'s 1949 rotating universe with closed timelike curves (CTCs). The culminating star is the local clock hand; the Arcon transition matrix is the CTC geometry; quantum jumps γ = 0.788 s■¹ are the ticks along the loop.
